Back to what got me first interested in real-time ! Using a hybrid raytracing approach.
Used GPU Lightmass to bake my scene. 3 Movable lights (window openings) that drive the RT-GI and boost up the Global Illumination. This allows a bit more flexibility without having to bake, and keeping good performance (..mostly just because raytracing is so cool).
RT-Reflections ON / RT Translucency ON / RT-AO ON.
